US-based artisanal pizza chain Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza has chosen marketing automation platform Punchh as its mobile engagement and loyalty programme partner.
Powered by Punchh, the new Blaze Instantly programme will allow the company to serve its customers through a more accessible mobile platform and a revamped loyalty programme.
Punchh CEO Shyam Rao said: “Blaze is growing at an incredible pace, and we’re elated to be a core part of their forward-looking strategy, entrusted with the responsibility of bringing in new guests and then turning them into loyalists who will spread the good word and further accelerate global expansion.”
Blaze selected Punchh to oversee its segmentation and targeting capabilities, as well as engage guests through dynamic messaging providing information about current and upcoming offerings.
The partnership also includes the integration of with Blaze’s app with Olo to offer online ordering and a new point-based reward structure to customers.

Millennial Restaurant Group, a Tennessee-based franchisee for the restaurant chain, will operate the new restaurant. The restaurant has created 45 local jobs in the region.
