Franchise company Carlisle has expanded its restaurant holdings with the purchase of 46 Wendy’s restaurants in Alabama and Florida from Wendco Group.
Wendco Group is a Wendy’s franchise organisation owned by Roger and Raisa Webb.
Roger said: “We are proud of the work we accomplished with Wendy’s and will cherish the memories and friendships made along the way.
“Chance and his team are first class people and operators, and we know we are leaving our restaurants in great hands.”
Founded by Gene Carlisle, Carlisle is involved in restaurant franchises, hospitality and real estate development.
The company owns and operates 150 Wendy’s restaurants in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas through its wholly owned subsidiary Wendelta.

The restaurant chain currently operates more than 6,600 restaurants across the world.
