The opening of the Cincinnati location is part of Cava’s ongoing push across the Midwest. It follows recent launches in Chicago, Detroit and Indianapolis.
CAVA Oakley Station’s menu features chef-crafted meals, as well as the option to assemble a custom bowl or pita.
Items available include a mix of core dishes and time-limited additions. These range from dips and house-made juices to several pita chip flavours.
Cava’s chief development officer Jeff Gaul said: “Cincinnati has a strong sense of community, and that’s exactly what we hope to be part of here in Oakley.

The Oakley Station restaurant is expected to create between 25 and 40 jobs locally, according to the company.
Cava has set a target of operating at least 1,000 restaurants by 2032. It plans further openings across the Midwest and entry into additional US regions through 2026.
The chain is also approaching the milestone of 500 locations, which it expects to reach later this year. With Cincinnati, Cava’s footprint now spans 29 states and the District of Columbia.
Last month, CAVA Group reported a 21.2% increase in revenue for Q4 FY25 to $272.8m.
