American food and hospitality group Centurion Restaurant Group has launched a new Pisco y Nazca gastrobar in Coral Gables in Florida, US.

Situated at 101 Miracle Mile, the new venue will offer guests Peruvian classic dishes.

This is the fifth location of Pisco y Nazca to be opened by the Centurion Restaurant Group in the US.

The move is part of a strategic expansion that has seen the brand establish a presence in key locations across the states of Miami, Washington DC and Virginia.

The menu of Pisco y Nazca Coral Gables features Peruvian classics, each with a unique twist and made from premium ingredients.

The journey of Pisco y Nazca began in 2015 with its first establishment in Kendall, Florida.

The brand has since expanded to other sites in Doral and Coral Gables in Florida, Reston in Virginia and Washington DC.
