Chanticleer Holdings has established partnerships with on-demand food delivery service DoorDash and technology company Thanx.
The collaboration with Thanx will see the launch of a mobile app.
Chanticleer Holdings president Fred Glick said: “We’re excited to be working with Thanx to launch loyalty and multi-channel, personalised marketing for our customers.
“Thanx will build our new mobile application featuring rewards, VIP tiers, and in-app ordering.
“Their all-in-one customer engagement platform will help us leap forward with targeted email marketing and integrated customer feedback tools without buying and implementing multiple different technologies.”
DoorDash is an online ordering platform covering 3,300 cities in 50 states across the US and Canada. Customers can order menu items from various listed restaurant brands.
Commenting on the deal with DoorDash, Glick said: “This partnership is expected to help minimise costs associated with delivery while creating an entirely new revenue vertical for our brands. I personally view this initiative as an extension of our internal marketing efforts that will allow new guests to try our products through their platform.”
Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Chanticleer owns, operates and franchises various restaurant brands such as American Burger Company, BGR – Burgers Grilled Right, Little Big Burger, Just Fresh and Hooters.
