American fast casual restaurant concept Chicken Salad Chick is set to expand its presence in Little Rock, Arkansas, with a new opening on 8 May 2024 in Maumelle.

Featuring a drive-through facility, the Chicken Salad Chick of North Little Rock-Maumelle will be located at 13101 Crystal Hill Road in the West Landing shopping centre.

The new location will be operated by business partners Emily Gray and Hudson Sandefur of Little Rocking Chick, who already own the other three Chicken Salad Chick spots in Little Rock.

Gray and Sandefur opened their first Chicken Salad Chick location in Benton in June 2020.

In 2022, two more locations opened on Warden Road in North Little Rock and Chenal Parkway on the west side of town.

The restaurant is scheduled to open on 8 May 2024. As part of the opening celebrations, the first 100 guests in line will win free chicken salad for a year.

Earlier this month, Chicken Salad Chick announced that it will open a new venue in Ridgeland, Mississippi.

The new location in the Renaissance at Colony Park, 1000 Highland Colony Parkway, will feature an outdoor patio.

This latest addition to the Chicken Salad Chick portfolio in Mississippi is the fourth venture by local entrepreneurs Blake and Shae Fuller.
