Restaurant chain Chicken Salad Chick is set to expand its US footprint with the addition of a fourth store to the Jacksonville market in St Johns, Florida.  

The new location at 415 Durbin Pavilion Drive, Durbin Park, will have a drive-through facility and feature a patio.

Opening on 6 December 2023, the new location will offer the first 100 guests visiting that morning free chicken salad for a year.

The new location will join three other Chicken Salad Chick locations in Jacksonville – at Galleria, Baymeadows and Town Center.

In November 2023, Chicken Salad Chick also announced the opening of a new location in Charleston, South Carolina, on 5 December 2023.

The new venue at 8803 Dorchester Road in North Charleston’s Cedar Grove shopping centre will be owned by Julie Beville and Michelle Singleton and will feature a drive-thru and spacious patio for outdoor seating.

Julie Beville and Michelle Singleton also own Chicken Salad Chick restaurants in Summerville, Mount Pleasant and Goose Creek.

Established in 2008, Chicken Salad Chick’s offerings include more than a dozen original chicken salad flavours, side salads, gourmet soups, sandwiches and desserts.

The chain has grown to more than 240 restaurants across 18 states in the US.
