US-based casual dining chain Chili’s Grill & Bar has closed all its stores in Singapore, the company announced the closures on its official Facebook page.

In a statement on its official website, Chili’s Grill & Bar said: “As of 24th March, we have closed all of our restaurants in Singapore. It’s been a wonderful ten years serving our loyal community. Thank you for all the great moments and memories we shared.”

The dining chain entered Singapore with its first location opened in Tanglin Mall in June 2009 and expanded its presence with three more locations at Resorts World Sentosa, Clarke Quay Central and JCube, reported Inside Retail.

The restaurant chain was first launched in 1975 by Larry Lavine.

“It’s been a wonderful ten years serving our loyal community. Thank you for all the great moments and memories we shared.”

Popular for its Tex-Mex and American cuisine, the restaurant chain’s offerings included appetizers, salads, sandwiches, craft burgers, baby back ribs, steaks, tacos, pastas, fajitas and enchiladas.
