Caravan, a craft coffee and all-day dining brand is set to open its new flagship location in Covent Garden, London, by the end of this year.
The World Coffee Portal reported that the planned outlet will be the brand’s eighth and biggest location in the UK.
It will be situated at Grainhouse, a multi-purpose retail, leisure and office space that was bought by real estate firm Hines in March 2020.
Once launched, Caravan’s new Grainhouse restaurant will be the first food and beverage outlet at Hines’ European headquarters.
Grainhouse, which was used as a seed warehouse, now features 23,000ft² and 36,000 ft² of retail, leisure and office space.
The Caterer reported that the Caravan’s Grainhouse site will cover two floors. It will also include a wrap-around terrace, a shopfront, and a private hire events space known as Green Room.
