Distributor Cuisine Solutions has invested $120m to establish a new manufacturing plant at Brooks mixed-use development property in San Antonio, US.

The investment is expected to generate more than 500 jobs in the region over the next four years.

Cuisine Solutions will commence construction of the 290,000ft² facility in March and expects to open it by mid-2020.

The new project will be Brook’s sixth production facility, joining plants in countries such as France and Thailand, as well as the US states of Virginia and Pennsylvania.
