Mexican quick-service restaurant chain Del Taco has expanded its presence in Alabama, US, with a new Fresh Flex location in Opelika.
Located at 3065 Pepperell Parkway, the new venue will be the third location for franchisee and Alabama native Clay Gullatt.
Gullatt said: “Del Taco is a brand I knew and loved growing up here in Alabama, and I wanted to bring it back to the community for all to enjoy.
“I went to Auburn University so I consider myself a local, and I’m grateful to be opening our third restaurant in this area. It’s an honour to bring the quality and fresh flavours of Del Taco to new and loyal fans alike.”
The Pepperell Parkway location features double drive-through lanes and dedicated third-party pick-up stations for orders placed through the Del Taco mobile app and food delivery services.
The menu includes the chain’s famous Crinkle-Cut Fries and a selection of tacos, Epic Burritos, quesadillas, drinks, prawns and fish.
