The introduction of the Deliverect Kiosk is expected to support in-store operations by reducing queues and limiting the need for staff involvement in the ordering process.

Deliverect Kiosk uses a cloud-based setup with central menu control. Menu changes can be made once and applied across locations in real time. It also includes features for upselling and bundling.

The service is currently in use in restaurants in Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, and the UK.

Deliverect EMEA vice-president Naji Haddad said: “The launch of Deliverect Kiosk represents another important milestone for the company, where restaurants can reap the benefits and accelerate their business revenues even more while also enhancing customer experiences.
