Restaurant technology company Deliverect has collaborated with guest engagement and loyalty platform Thanx to support restaurants in deploying integrated first-party digital ordering services and loyalty programmes.

Under the arrangement, Deliverect will provide its ordering and delivery management infrastructure while Thanx will offer its loyalty, marketing and digital ordering platform.

The combined offering will bring together menu management, point of sale, delivery, payments, loyalty and marketing in a single first-party ordering stack.

Through this integration, restaurants are expected to be able to link their ordering channels with loyalty initiatives, with the aim of shifting one-time digital purchasers into recurring, engaged guests.

According to the companies, this will in turn help operators increase repeat visits and drive same-store sales growth without additional IT resources or custom development.
