Employers can use the new service to arrange “large group orders” at workplaces, with bookings available from 24 hours up to five days in advance.

The pilot includes a selection of existing restaurant partners on the Deliveroo platform, which includes The Salad Project, Pizza Pilgrims, and Sushi Dog. More brands are expected to be added later.

Deliveroo for Work has collaborated with these restaurants to assemble menus tailored for group and office occasions such as team lunches, workshops and company events.

The advance-order model is also intended to give kitchens longer lead times so they can organise staffing and food preparation for larger orders.

According to Deliveroo for Work, business-related orders have climbed by more than 60% between 2022 and 2025. Additionally, UK group orders rose by around 10% year-on-year between 2024 and 2025.

In response, the service is designed to simplify large orders for both customers and restaurant partners.

Deliveroo for Work’s global director Spencer Walker said: “The office lunch is officially back, and Deliveroo for Work is continually finding new ways to elevate it.

“Our new catering service aims to take the stress out of group orders – it’s easy to set up and simple to manage, working just like a regular Deliveroo order, despite the scale.”

Last year, Deliveroo launched Family Dinneroo, an initiative that aimed to provide meals for families of up to four for £25 ($33.8) or under.
