Texas-style barbecue restaurant brand Dickey’s Barbecue Pit has furthered its expansion in Canada with the launch of a new store in Edmonton, Alberta.

The company partnered with Denis Melhem to open the new store, which will be the brand’s third location in Edmonton.

Melhem, who will own and operate the location, said: “Our pit crew is so excited to be serving Dickey’s Legit Texas Barbecue to the community we love.

“We hope our store will become another cornerstone of what has quickly become a great barbecue culture on the prairies.”

Located in Manning Town Centre, the new Dickey’s Barbecue Pit store will be offering its guests weekly barbecue specials.

These will include Mac-Stack Monday with a C$9.99 brisket Mac-Stack, a buy-one-get-one-50%-off sandwich deal on Tuesdays, a buy-one-get-one-free offer on six wings on Wing Wednesday and a C$9.99 brisket poutine on Thursdays.
