US-based business catering marketplace ezCater has launched two products, ezOrdering and ezManage, to assist restaurants in marketing and managing their catering business.
EzOrdering is developed to allow restaurants to accept online catering orders on their own website, whereas ezManage is a catering management platform designed to assist restaurants to manage those orders, gain insights through post-order feedback and optimise their marketing programmes accordingly.
The ezManage product also provides real-time reports on catering orders, allows integration with social media platforms, allows entry of phone orders directly into the platform and manages all ezOrdering customer information.
