FAT Brands has opened its second Buffalo’s Cafe restaurant brand in Doha, Qatar.

The latest opening is part of the restaurant franchising company’s expansion efforts into new and existing markets globally. Buffalo’s Cafe is located inside The Curve Hotel near the Doha shoreline.

According to FAT Brands, the American-inspired casual dining concept Buffalo’s Cafe will continue to deliver the tradition of offering ‘fresh, never frozen wings’ for its customers in the Middle East region.

In addition, a variety of flavourful Southwestern-inspired entrees and appetisers such as the juicy Canyon Burger and the Garlic Parm Fries will be available for guests at the location.

“Qatar is a fast-growing country with immense business potential for the Buffalo’s Cafe brand.”

Available in 18 homemade and signature sauces, Buffalo’s Cafe wings are served in the traditional bone-in and boneless style, with each wing coated with homemade sauces such as Asian Sesame, Honey Garlic, Death Valley and Carolina Fire BBQ.

FAT Brands CEO Andy Wiederhorn said: “Qatar is a fast-growing country with immense business potential for the Buffalo’s Cafe brand.

“Located in a great part of the city, this new location will be conducive to building upon our already-established brand presence while catering to locals and tourists alike.”

FAT Brands owns five restaurant brands, Fatburger, Buffalo’s Cafe, Buffalo’s Express and Ponderosa & Bonanza Steakhouses, which have approximately 300 locations open and 300 under development in 32 countries.

Buffalo’s Cafe was founded in 1985 in Roswell, Georgia, as a family themed casual dining chain, featuring a full bar and table service.

It is popular for its chicken wings and 13 homemade wing sauces, burgers, wraps, steaks and salads.
