US-based restaurant franchising company FAT Brands is set to open a new Fatburger and Buffalo’s Express co-branded location in Eastvale, California this month.

It will serve offerings from both the brands, including Fatburger’s The Last Great Hamburger Stand range of made-to-order burgers with various add-ons such as chilli, cheese, egg, bacon and onion rings, as well as Buffalo’s Express’ customisable boneless and bone-in chicken wings and fresh salads.

The location will expand the company’s presence in Southern California.

FAT Brands CEO Andy Wiederhorn said: “Southern California is the home of Fatburger and we are thrilled to expand our reach in Riverside County.

“We are excited to bring our fan-favourite burgers and shakes to the residents of Eastvale.”

“After years of growing internationally and undergoing our IPO, it’s still always a priority for our team to serve our Southern California community, and we are excited to bring our fan-favourite burgers and shakes to the residents of Eastvale with this latest addition to the Fatburger and Buffalo’s Express family.”

In September this year, FAT Brands unveiled the co-branded restaurant concept by opening its first location in Cave Creek, Arizona, in partnership with a franchise partner.
