Mobile wood-fired pizza ovens maker Fire Within has secured a Schedule 73 Contract from the US General Services Administration (GSA).

The company has been certified to supply food service and hospitality equipment to the Federal Government.

The foodservice equipment maker has also listed its mobile wood-fired pizza ovens on GSA Advantage!, the electronic ordering system of the government.

Fire Within Pizza Ovens is owned by Dharma T Investments and produces a range of configurations of wood-fired ovens in truck and trailer models.

The company is also manufacturing a mobile food business-manual, ‘Rolling In The Dough’, in order to assist companies in operating a rolling/mobile restaurant.

Dharma T Investments CEO Ajith Dharma said: “This contract opens up significantly more markets throughout the country as well as overseas to Military Bases’ officer’s clubs and Embassy Compounds and affords us an opportunity to service all governmental departments with a unique food catering platform that brings a touch of home-cooking to foreign service members and embassy staff.”
