Firebirds Wood add new items to Spring Features menu

American restaurant chain Firebirds Wood Fired Grill has expanded its offerings with a range of new options under Spring Features menu.

Available for a limited time from 20 March to 30 April, the Spring Features includes lunch, dinner, and lunch and dinner options.

The lunch menu features impossible burger delicious, crispy flounder filet sandwich, southwest steak salad, and chef Steve’s steak sandwich.

Under the dinner menu, the restaurant offers wood grilled striped bass, steak, shrimp, and southwest marinated grilled steak.

The lunch and dinner menu features two items, including buffalo shrimp and ooey gooey butter cake.

“They put a creative twist on our favourite dishes by adding fresh, seasonal ingredients to create a delicious dining experience for all.”

Firebirds executive chef Steve Sturm said: “These scratch-prepared menu items are perfect for spring. They put a creative twist on our favourite dishes by adding fresh, seasonal ingredients to create a delicious dining experience for all.”

The restaurant chain is offering hand-crafted seasonal cocktails such as the berry white, line in the sand, liquid sunshine and the icebreaker through the summer.

Firebirds is also offering Game of Thrones-inspired wines for a limited time.

Sturm added: “We are also happy to introduce our spring and summer cocktails that incorporate seasonal ingredients, perfect for when our guests want to relax and unwind.”

Inspired by the adult menu, Firebirds has also updated its Kids Menu with the addition of new entrées such as the kids wood grilled salmon.
