American daytime dining concept First Watch has launched its first seasonal menu for this year.

The new “Jump Start” menu will be available across the US in 500 restaurants spanning 29 states.

It will be available for a limited time until 17 March.

First Watch hopes to re-invent breakfast, brunch and lunch experiences with local culinary highlights.

It will offer items, including the Brooklyn Breakfast Sandwich, the Barbacoa Chilaquiles Breakfast Bowl, Blackberry Lemon Cream French Toast, Holey Donuts and Mango Passion Palmer Juice.

First Watch head chef Shane Schaibly stated: “At First Watch, we believe a year has five seasons – which is why our new seasonal menu is nicknamed ‘Jump Start.’
