Restaurant chain Fish & Co has added new items to its menu across its different locations in the Philippines, Manila Standard reported.

The latest offerings are available at the brand’s new outlet in Shangri-La Plaza Mall; Uptown Mall, McKinley; Alabang Town Center; UP Town Center; My South Hall; Robinsons Magnolia; and Trinoma.

The new menu includes Shrimp Wrapped in Vermicelli, in which shrimps are wrapped in vermicelli and served with a blend of Japanese mayonnaise and mixed sriracha.

It also features Summer Salad for customers seeking a lighter alternative. The salad includes crisp romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, lychees, grapes, peach halves, cucumber, crunchy walnuts, a touch of parmesan cheese and a drizzle of honey balsamic vinaigrette.

The new Fish & Co menu also offers Nori Fish & Chips, a dish that is prepared with fish fillets marinated with a combination of Japanese sauces and covered with a crispy batter and delicate nori sheets.

Additionlly, the menu includes Bombay Fish & Chips, which comprises fish fillets coated in Bombay sauce dip.
