US-based Korean quick-service restaurant (QSR) franchise Flame Broiler has expanded its menu offerings with the addition of Korean Spicy Chicken.

The restaurant brand explained that Korean Spicy Chicken has been permanently added to its menu and is now available for purchase across all its restaurants in the country.

Korean Spicy Chicken will serve as a protein option for Flame Broiler’s bowls and entrees.

Flame Broiler founder and CEO Young Lee said: “We wanted to create something that reflects the flavours of my childhood growing up in South Korea and Los Angeles.

“Our Korean Spicy Chicken is a celebration of Flame Broiler’s roots and embodies the essence of who we are while delivering a tasty experience for our guests.”

The restaurant brand added that its Korean Spicy Chicken is inspired by the flavours of gochujang and sesame.
