Brazilian restaurant chain Fogo de Chão has announced the launch of its new spring 2024 menu offerings, along with The Fogo $44 menu.

These new additions are now available at all Fogo de Chão locations throughout the US and Puerto Rico.

The Fogo $44 menu is designed to provide guests with a variety of seasonal selections at its signature Market Table, alongside continuous tableside service of select fire-roasted meats such as Picanha and Fraldinha.

It also includes signature Brazilian side dishes and a choice of desserts, all for $44 per person, with prices up to $49 in Washington DC, New York and California.

Available for a limited time, the spring menu at Bar Fogo features items such as Foie Gras Crostini, with variations such as duck pâté crostini to comply with state laws in California.

The menu also includes Picanha Tartare, a dish mixed tableside and served with toast, incorporating a blend of traditional ingredients and flavours.
