Management consulting company Technomic has launched a new resource to provide ongoing intelligence and sales strategy support to technology suppliers.

Known as Foodservice Technology Navigator Programme, the insights offered through the programme will allow technology suppliers to explore and benefit from the growth opportunities within the foodservice industry.

As part of the programme, suppliers can gain insights about the suitable restaurant chains for their business; the factors impacting technology integration in restaurant operations; top technology providers for the industry as per restaurant operators; and how customers rate their restaurant visits on factors such as convenience and technology.

Technomic business development executive vice-president Patrick Noone said: “Over the years at FSTEC, we have seen a strong need from technology companies seeking foodservice data but not necessarily knowing where to turn.

“This programme makes it easy for these companies to gain access to all the tools they need to enter the foodservice industry with confidence.”

Technomic principal Melissa Wilson and consumer insights director Will Notini will lead the programme.
