American fast-casual restaurant concept Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers has opened a new outlet in Florence, Kentucky, US.
The new location at 95 Meijer Drive spans 2,479ft² and features indoor seating for 72 guests, additional patio seating and drive-through service.
Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers franchise owner Dominic Gatta said: “The Meijer Drive retail corridor has a steady flow of traffic through the area and is home to a wide variety of restaurants and family-friendly entertainment venues, making it a great fit for Freddy’s.
“We look forward to being a convenient dining option for those who live and work in the area, travellers from the nearby airport …[and]… those looking for a place to eat after shopping with our retail neighbours.”
The Florence location will offer the chain’s menu, including cooked-to-order steakburgers crafted from lean 100% ground beef, all-beef hot dogs, crispy fries and frozen custard treats in chocolate or vanilla.
Gatta continued: “We have two popular speciality orders we regularly recommend to first-time guests: the Freddy’s Original Double and the Signature Turtle Sundae.

In April 2024 Freddy’s continued its growth trajectory by launching a new outlet at Gerald R Ford International Airport in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
The location is operated by Paradies Lagardère, a travel retailer in North America, and is Freddy’s second airport-based restaurant following its debut in Oklahoma City in 2022.
In October 2023, the restaurant chain saw the opening of another location in Kentucky. The establishment, located in Covington, is managed by franchise owner Jason Ingermanson.
