Fast casual restaurant concept Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers has announced the launch of its new range of limited-edition summer offerings.

The range features the Pretzel Bacon BBQ Steakburger, the Key Lime Pie Concrete and the Very Berry Strawberry Shake.

Orders for the new range can be placed between 21 June to 19 August 2023 at participating Freddy’s locations across the US.

Customers can place their orders in the restaurant, through the drive-through or online for pickup.

The new cooked-to-order Pretzel Bacon BBQ Steakburger includes two steakburger patties with melted American cheese, crispy bacon, sliced onions, BBQ sauce infused with bourbon and Fat Tire Beer Cheese atop a pretzel bun.

The Very Berry Strawberry Shake includes a double layer of real strawberries mixed with vanilla frozen custard.

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers CMO Laura Rueckel said: “The Pretzel Bacon BBQ Steakburger is our newest mouthwatering creation that combines premium ingredients in a craveable way.

“The flavours of the steakburger are elevated by the sweet and smoky notes from the bourbon-infused BBQ sauce, as well as from the richness of Fat Tire Beer Cheese, all nestled within a soft pretzel bun.

“The Key Lime Pie Concrete has the perfect balance of cool and tangy – FredHeads everywhere enjoyed it so much that it’s returning as our classic summer fan favourite.

“For some extra summer flavour delight, we’re also offering the Very Berry Strawberry Shake, which has the ideal mix of fresh and sweet.”
