US-based Cloud services company Fusion has signed a $1.1m agreement with a major family entertainment centre and restaurant chain to offer communication services.
As part of the three-year agreement, Fusion will consolidate services across the restaurant’s several hundred locations in the US.
The restaurant chain is currently reviewing a multiple site deployment in Canada to support its network optimisation efforts.
Fusion chief revenue officer Dan Foster said: “We’re proud to help the management team of this major organisation focus on serving their growing base of customers, relieving them of the need to divert precious resources to manage their wide-ranging and expanding voice and connectivity network.
“We look forward to growing with the company and improving productivity across the enterprise with the always-on, reliable communications solutions required for businesses to compete, succeed and grow.”
A solutions integration team from the cloud services company has deployed the solution with existing applications and workflows to serve the customers of the restaurant chain.
