US-based fast-casual restaurant chain Fuzzy’s Taco Shop has announced the introduction of new breakfast tacos and a Sunrise Mimosa, available throughout the day, for a limited period between 22 January and 2 March 2025.
The brand is offering the new flavours as part of US National Hot Breakfast Month celebrations.
Amigas Taco, one of the new offerings, combines scrambled eggs, chorizo, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, tortilla strips and sliced Mexican avocados with a side of Árbol Chile Salsa.
The inclusion of avocados from Mexico is claimed to add a “fresh and authentic touch” to the option.
The Big Bacon & Chorizo Taco features scrambled eggs, bacon, chorizo, shredded cheese and pico de gallo in a tortilla.
Customers aged 21 and over can order the Sunrise Mimosa — a frozen margarita blended with grenadine, mango purée, Smirnoff vanilla vodka and Martini & Rossi sparkling wine – or an 18oz Modelo Especial draft.
Fuzzy’s Taco Shop president and chief marketing officer Patrick Kirk said: “Who says breakfast is just for mornings?”
“At Fuzzy’s, breakfast is an all-day adventure, and we’re bringing even more flavour to the table with these fun and indulgent new offerings. Whether you’re craving the savoury kick of our tacos or a Sunrise Mimosa with a bit of sparkle, we’ve got you covered.”
Prices and availability of these limited-time creations may vary by location.
In October 2024, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop appointed its former chief marketing officer Patrick Kirk as its president.
