The Goring Hotel in London’s Belgravia will unveil the redesigned Dining Room restaurant’s new look in March 2024 after a multimillion-pound investment, The Caterer has reported.

The five-red-AA-star establishment, which earned a Michelin star in 2016, is currently being refurbished. The project is being managed by Russell Sage Studio.

The restaurant has been led by executive chef Graham Squire since August 2019.

The refurbished Dining Room will present an “opulent aesthetic” that pays homage to the hotel’s storied past and the grand scale of the premises.

In addition to aesthetic improvements, the restaurant will have a new state-of-the-art kitchen.

A highlight of the renovation is the introduction of a custom-built chef’s table, which will accommodate up to six diners.
