US-based Hard Rock Café is introducing five new burgers crafted by its global chefs, to mark its Founders’ Day celebrations 2024 with the return of the World Burger Tour competition.
The new offers will be available from 14 June 2024 across Hard Rock Café locations internationally for a limited time.
The World Burger Tour competition, which began with 150 original recipes, showcases the creativity of Hard Rock Café chefs worldwide.
The five burgers that have been added to the menu are the Bucharest Burger, the Bengaluru Burger, the Gramado Burger, the Pittsburgh Burger and the Kathmandu Burger – each reflecting local flavours.
The Bengaluru Burger, a product of Hard Rock Café Bengaluru, India, features a seven-ounce steak burger topped with black bean corn salsa, pickled mayo, roasted jalapeno, shredded lettuce, guacamole and American cheese.
From Romania, the Bucharest Burger by Hard Rock Café Bucharest combines garlic horseradish aioli, frisée lettuce, tomato, marinated camembert cheese, smoked shoestring onions and red wine cranberry jam.
