International House of Pancakes (IHOP) has broadened menu with the reintroduction of Pepsi Maple Syrup Cola across participating restaurants in the US.

This beverage, which combines the usual taste of Pepsi with the sweet touch of maple syrup, is also offered as a float with vanilla ice cream.

Reintroduction of Pepsi Maple Syrup Cola, which initially launched in partnership with Pepsi in March 2022, is part of IHOP’s menu expansion strategy.

Starting from 1 February 2024, IHOP has been unveiling a new pancake flavor on the first of each month.

April’s special, Cinnamon Apple Pecan Pancakes, features four buttermilk pancakes topped with cinnamon apples, dulce de leche sauce, pecans, and whipped topping, reminiscent of a classic home-cooked apple pie.

These new offerings aim to cater to a variety of tastes, from sweet and savory to refreshing and indulgent.

Additionally, IHOP has also launched a Sonic-inspired menu featuring six different items.

This menu includes the Sonic’s Blue Blur Special, Knuckles’ Chicken Sandwich, Tails’ 2x2x2, Shadow’s Chaos Chocolate Pancakes, Amy’s Sweet Strawberry Delight, and Dr. Eggman’s Benedict.
