Fast-casual restaurant chain Just Salad has announced the launch of a new vegan salad named Dirt Candy.

The new menu launch has been rolled out in collaboration with chef Amanda Cohen, a James Beard-nominated chef, to celebrate Veganuary 2024.

The limited-edition salad will be available until 31 January.

The new dish reflects the salad chain’s commitment to health, sustainability and plant-forward food.

Dirt Candy salad features a mix of extra crisp romaine and arugula, organic sesame tofu, sliced cucumber, shaved broccoli, Tajin spiced pumpkin seeds, sliced pepperoncini and Castelvetrano olives, dressed with a creamy vegan ranch.

The new salad will be available in-store, online and through the Just Salad app.

The salad is complemented by two limited-time-only toppings: sweet Pepperoncini and buttery Castelvetrano Olives.

In addition to Dirt Candy salad, Just Salad offers five seasonally-inspired recipes during the winter months.

The menu also sees the return of items such as the Maple Crispy Chicken, the Winter Harvest, and the Avo Crunch Bowl.

Each dish is packed with seasonal staples such as spicy Harissa Pita, black lentils, a Greek medley, and Just Salad’s homemade Maple Cider Vinaigrette.
