US fast-casual restaurant chain Mendocino Farms is set to introduce a new seasonal menu, dubbed Come Graze a While, this week.
The company said this will be its first menu refresh of the year.

Known for its salads, sandwiches and side dishes, the chain stated that the upcoming range comprises three limited-time items developed by executive chef Jeremy Bringardner.
These items include the Smoky BBQ Brioche Sandwich, the Farmhouse Ranch Salad, and the Seasonal GOAT with Sweet Citrus salad.
Bringardner said: “Our new seasonal dishes are bright and packed with flavour.
“From an elevated twist on a classic barbecue sandwich to the crisp, bright ingredients with sophisticated depth in two new salads, this menu embodies the joy and lightness of the new season.”

By GlobalDataThe Come Graze a While menu is being launched alongside the opening of Mendocino Farms’ first restaurant in Arizona, located in Scottsdale.
Mendocino Farms CMO Alicia Mowder said: “This spring menu pairs bright, citrusy notes with satiating savoury elements — perfectly suited for spring diners in our new Arizona community, our California roots, and guests across all 90 Mendocino Farms locations.”
Mowder added that the three items will be available from late February through May.
Founded in Southern California in 2005, Mendocino Farms now operates more than 90 outlets across Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Texas and Washington.
