American food restaurant chain Metro Diner has expanded its presence in the Tampa market with a new location in Brandon, Florida, US – its seventh outlet in the region.
The Metro Diner Brandon offers breakfast, lunch and dinner options including American classics such as Scramble Bowls, Charleston Shrimp & Grits, Iron City Meatloaf and the renowned Fried Chicken & Waffles with a sweet-and-spicy sauce.
The 3,600ft² diner, situated at 1901 W. Lumsden Road in Brandon Center South, seats 110 and is managed by Forrest Ferpes, a partner with more than a decade of experience with the brand. Ferpes’ wife, Courtney Ferpes, also holds a managing partner position at the Bradenton location.
Metro Diner Brandon managing partner Forrest Ferpes said: “We are thrilled to offer Metro Diner’s craveable comfort food classics to our friends and neighbours in Brandon.”
He added: “I know our community will love having a local diner where they can relax and enjoy each others’ company while sharing good food at reasonable prices. Metro Diner is where they’ll find all that and more.”
Metro Diner has gained national attention after being featured on Guy Fieri’s Food Network show, Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. The brand continues to serve dishes that resonate with fans of traditional American cuisine.
