US fast-casual chain MOD Pizza has partnered with Bikky, a customer data platform developer for restaurants, to boost its customer analytics capabilities across its portfolio of 500 locations.
The pizza chain will leverage the platform to refine its marketing and menu strategies to better resonate with customers and subsequently boost profits.
Bikky will help the restaurant chain to capture and leverage both digital and in-person customer data.
It will supply comprehensive metrics including new and repeat customer counts, ordering channels, dayparts and menu item preferences.
Bikky will also assist MOD Pizza to better assess the effectiveness of its loyalty campaigns and promotions and to examine conversion rates, revenue and their influence on customer visit frequency.
Bikky’s access to loyalty, in-store and off-premise data has the potential to boost MOD’s consumer visibility eight-fold.
