Host Kitchen creator Franklin Junction has bolstered its partnership with Nathan’s Famous by securing exclusive licence rights for all future virtual restaurants globally.

Franklin Junction has secured exclusive rights for sister brands Arthur Treacher’s Fish and Chips and Wings of New York.

Franklin Junction co-founder and CEO Rishi Nigam said: “As stewards of our brand partners, we invest heavily in the proprietary technologies behind our Host Kitchen platform which can accurately qualify, train and market the operators to deliver the product and service of virtual restaurants to the highest standards for years to come.

“We are honoured to grow our relationship with Nathan’s Famous to our international markets in Europe, Asia and Latin America.”

The deal will further expand the Nathan’s Famous brand to more than 150 new locations in the US and Europe.

Franklin Junction noted that its Host Kitchen experts were able to successfully interpret Nathan’s Famous signature dishes such as hot dogs into dozens of locations worldwide, without losing their signature New York flavours.

The Nathan’s menu will also include crinkle-cut French fries, hand-dipped chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, fresh Angus beef burgers, a New York cheesesteak and milkshakes.
