Nation’s Giant Hamburgers, a restaurant chain in the San Francisco Bay Area in the US, has partnered with Raydiant to enhance customer experience by implementing digital pricing boards.

The collaboration, which began with a successful pilot at Nation’s Concord location last year, has led to the deployment of Raydiant’s dynamic pricing board solution across all 28 locations.

The pilot project, which replaced traditional cardboard menus with digital boards, concluded in under two weeks following positive customer feedback.

The restaurant chain has now completely incorporated the digital solution into its operations, having been impressed by Raydiant’s system’s efficacy and efficiency.

Raydiant said that its support services were instrumental in the rollout, assisting Nation’s with the integration of their new digital menus into the cloud-based dashboard.

The partnership between Nation’s and Raydiant has further expanded with a second agreement to incorporate the digital experience strategy into Nation’s new franchise model in Texas.

The first Texas location is already benefiting from this strategy.

In addition, the restaurant chain plans to implement the Toast point-of-sale (POS) system alongside the Raydiant platform to ensure brand consistency and facilitate real-time adjustments of pricing and availability.

Raydiant CEO Bobby Marhamat said: “We are thrilled to partner with such an iconic local brand that resonates with our dedication to enhancing customer experiences.

“Our technology goes beyond modernizing visual communication; it’s about creating an atmosphere that customers love and remember.”

In September 2023, Raydiant launched Raydiant+, a new service tailored for quick service restaurants (QSR) and retail sectors.

Designed with the same rationale as platforms such as Disney and Netflix, it offers a continuous stream of information and entertainment to strengthen customer relationships.

In the same month, Nation’s introduced a seasonal Pumpkin Pie Shake, blending vanilla milkshake with a slice of homemade pumpkin pie. It was available from 5 September 2023, for a limited period.
