Inventory AI provider NomadGo has partnered with managed mobility services (MMS) company Stratix to roll out an AI-driven operations platform for restaurants.
The joint offering will enable NomadGo’s on-device Inventory AI to directly run on iPad and iPhone devices to provide real-time inventory visibility.

This will cut time spent on stock counts, reduce stockouts and waste, and support more consistent performance across locations.
NomadGo’s Inventory AI runs directly on Apple hardware and is powered by its Spatial Vision technology. It is described as enabling inventory counts up to ten times faster than traditional methods, with a 99% accuracy.

By GlobalDataRestaurant operators can use Inventory AI to perform real-time counts, log deliveries, track waste, and manage stock lists, supported by structured onboarding and training to encourage rapid adoption.
Stratix will provide lifecycle services such as overnight device replacement, real-time analytics and guided rollout support.
These services are intended to help restaurants scale deployments, support compliance requirements and limit disruption for staff.
The partnership will also enable training, onboarding, and adoption and change management programmes aimed at making managers and frontline teams confident in using the technology.
Customers investing in Apple devices will receive long-term support through Stratix’s MMS offering, including break / fix services, rapid replacement and continuous performance monitoring.
