US-based online food delivery platform Off the Grid has expanded its business by introducing a new custom curated catering services division.
Off the Grid Catering offers a range of mobile cuisine featuring Asian baos, southern-style barbecue, handmade boba and craft cocktails sourced from more than 300 mobile food and beverage manufacturers.
The company also offers interior services through carts and food stations and appetisers and outdoor services through tents, trucks and kiosks.
Off the Grid catering sales director Jaclyn Dunne said: “Clients are coming to us looking for thoughtful and unique ways to approach food and beverage for employee events. They want unconventional, outside-the-box, and perhaps even a little quirky.
“Mobile catering is a really attractive option because of the possibilities for menu customisation, guest interaction with food selection, and indoor and outdoor service styles. Not to mention, it’s fun, approachable and far from the ordinary.”
The company currently serves a range of businesses including Stanford University, the San Francisco 49ers, Google, Facebook, The Hamlin School, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Clorox, Marin General Hospital, Macy’s, Castro Valley Pride, Blue Apron, and Genentech.
