Global hospitality company The ONE Group has opened its restaurant brand, STK Beach, at Rixos Premium Dubai located at Jerimiah Beach Residences.
The group’s primary restaurant brand, STK is based on American steakhouse concept.

The new STK Beach restaurant will incorporate both STK menu staples along with new offerings suitable for beach locations. It is designed to accommodate 175 guests both indoor and outdoor.
The ONE Group president and CEO Manny Hilario said: “We are thrilled to be expanding to the Middle East as we have been exploring this market for quite some time as we looked for the right partners.
“This marks the first of four STK’s planned for the region with STK Downtown scheduled to open in the first half of 2018, STK Doha due to open in the second half of 2018 and STK Abu Dhabi scheduled for 2019.”
According to Hilario, the STK Beach Dubai is part of the company’s strategic plan to focus on asset light licence and management opportunities.
The STK Beach will be operated by Horizon Hospitality, a Dubai-based company that operates foodservice brands in the UAE.
The ONE Group provides hospitality management services for hotels, development and management services for premier restaurants and casinos both nationally and internationally.
