OpSense and Machfu have entered a technology partnership to provide an application and a connectivity solution for foodservice operations monitoring.
Machfu is an industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) innovator and OpSense is a real-time continuous monitoring software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform.
The strategic collaboration, through an improved technology platform, aims to provide a solution to improve food safety, manage regulatory compliance, and reduce cost of labour.
OpSense CEO Stu Gavurin said: “Machfu is known for their robust platform that is served in the gateway appliance.
“The partnership provides the right combination of infrastructure for our clients and a single point of management and control as we deploy OpSense across many locations. I see this partnership as critical to the scalability and growth of OpSense and ultimately its longer term value to our clients.”
Lebanese-American restaurant and bakery chain Seasoned Brands has already selected OpSense with Machfu to supervise environmental conditions in their bakery and restaurants.
