Outback Steakhouse has announced the return of its Great Barrier Eats menu, a limited-time offering inspired by the Great Barrier Reef.
Dubbed the “Eighth and Most Delicious Wonder of the World,” the menu showcases new dishes that fuse land and sea flavours.
The Great Barrier Eats lineup includes Twin Reefs Shrimp, Bloomin’ French Onion Sirloin and Tasmanian Shrimp & Scallop Pasta.
Each dish is crafted to reflect the vibrant taste of Australia, with Twin Reefs Shrimp featuring crispy breaded shrimp alongside garlic shrimp scampi, accompanied by a side.
The Bloomin’ French Onion Sirloin is centre-cut topped with melted Provolone cheese and Bloomin’ Onion petals, served with a choice of steakhouse potato and a side.
Tasmanian Shrimp & Scallop Pasta presents a mix of grilled shrimp and sea scallops with sautéed mushrooms and tomatoes over fettuccine, all tossed in Alfredo sauce and topped with Parmesan cheese.
