Casual dining Asian-inspired restaurant chain P.F. Chang’s has announced the launch of its To Go concept in New York.

The new P.F. Chang’s To Go concept is located at 240 W 40th in New York City.

It is the first of three new locations that are set to open in the next few weeks.

The new restaurants will focus on offering online ordering, takeout, catering and delivery in areas that do not have a P.F. Chang’s restaurant close by.

The 1,700ft² location is smaller in size when compared to the company’s full-scale restaurants.

The curated menu features the chain’s flagship items, including Chang’s Lettuce Wraps, Mongolian Beef, Dynamite Shrimp, and Chang’s Spicy Chicken.

Additionally, the To Go concept is tailored to accommodate the dining requirements of the customers by offering dining services in their preferred setting.

The chain will offer DeliverSafe eco-friendly sealed bags for third-party delivery orders to ensure the order is delivered to the guests intact.

P.F. Chang’s CEO Damola Adamolekun said: “P.F. Chang’s established its 2020 business strategy with a focus on off-premise dining, and then we experienced a year that brought an incredible shift in dining habits and industry practices.

“P.F. Chang’s To Go provides a platform for us to strengthen and grow that offering ― with a continued emphasis on operational and culinary excellence.

“It also fosters our continued growth with over 200 new jobs being created in the New York market alone.”

Three additional To Go openings are planned for the New York area in the Seaport District, Midtown East, and Murry Hill in the coming months, the company noted.

Earlier this year, P.F. Chang’s launched three To Go locations in Chicago.

It plans to launch 12 more To Go locations in Long Island, Florida, Colorado, and Texas markets.
