In late 2025, Paris Baguette appointed Zac Sulma as chief operating officer. In this role, he is tasked with refining operational processes and bolstering support for franchise operators across the network.

The company stated that it has recorded more than five consecutive years of positive comparable sales growth and expects the performance achieved in 2025 to provide a platform for further progress in 2026.

Paris Baguette CEO Darren Tipton said: “We’re heading into 2026 from a position of incredible strength, supported by an enhanced infrastructure and a pipeline that shows no signs of slowing down.

“Our focus remains on nourishing the communities we serve and spreading joy with each interaction, and we look forward to our continued growth with franchise partners who share our priorities.”

As part of its ongoing rollout, Paris Baguette plans to open a new bakery café in Bellevue, Washington, on 31 January.
