3Plenish platform offer parts inventory management and replenishment services for trucks used by companies that focus on field service, and managing service technicians and parts stockrooms.

Parts Town information technology and e-commerce senior vice-president Mike O’Shea said: “We are very excited to own this unique technology and look forward to rebranding and building on the existing capabilities.

“Many of our partners continue to seek simple inventory management and replenishment solutions, and the 3Plenish technology is currently the best out there. We plan to take it to a whole new level.”

As well as this Parts Town continues to offer services that are currently available to customers until re-branding begins.

Parts ID tools offered by the company include PartSPIN 3600 imaging technology, Serial Number Lookup, enhanced Smart Manuals, and its mobile app.

In May last year, the OEM manufacturer acquired the foodservice parts distribution and field service business assets of US-based 3Wire Foodservice for an undisclosed value.
