The initiative will introduce a modernised restaurant design, a new drive-through business model, an updated menu, technological enhancements and a revamped logo.

The brand is seeking franchisees to join in this transformative phase.

The drive-through model is a strategic move by Pita Pit to provide franchise partners with more versatile real estate options.

The smaller footprint, ranging between 800² and 1,000ft², can adapt to a range of layouts.

This model is particularly suited for handling an increased volume of delivery and pick-up orders and aims to lessen the financial commitments for franchisees.

Pita Pit has added The Greek Grilled Cheese, a new menu offering that aligns with the brand’s commitment to healthy and flavourful options.

It joins Say Cheese and the Mediterranean Athens Steak.

In line with the rebranding, Pita Pit is undergoing a full technological transformation. The brand is leveraging AI to develop new brand assets and providing franchisees with advanced technology solutions.

These include custom point-of-sale systems and comprehensive training to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.

ITts app is being designed to streamline the customer experience with easy customisation, payment and order tracking.

Pita Pit boasts 75 locations across the US, including in Hawaii and Alaska.

With this refreshed approach, the brand is looking to strengthen its presence and expand in key markets such as Denver in Colorado, Boise in Idaho and Salt Lake City, Utah.
