US-based fast food restaurant chain Pizza Factory has expanded its partnership to deploy franchise management software provider Naranga’s ncompass software solution to manage franchise operations, sales and standards throughout the franchise network.
Pizza Factory has been a client of Naranga since 2017 when it chose the latter’s Emaximation as its sales lead management software.
Pizza Factory CEO Mary Jane Riva said: “We engaged Naranga services a couple of years ago with the sales module. Since then, because of their service and ease of programs, we have moved on to ncompass.
“We have been very happy with the communication and ability to speak to their team whenever needed. We never feel we have to wait on them, or that we are asking too much.”
Naranga’s ncompass product serves as a platform to seamlessly manage everyday franchise operations that include getting new franchisees onboard, centralise visibility, maintain brand standards, boost communication and track compliance.
Naranga president and COO Dmitry Simoniv said: “We are thrilled to partner with such a dynamic brand and management team.”

Based in California, the Pizza Factory was opened in 1985 and currently has over 100 locations across the US.
It offers hand-tossed pizzas topped with mozzarella, wings and other menu choices.
