Brazil-based restaurant chain Habib’s has signed a three-year contract with software technology company Skyfii for its data collection and analytics services.

Skyfii will offer Habib guest WiFi experiences and collect visitor data to enhance service quality.

The company will initially deploy its IO Connect data collection and IO Insight data analytics services across 100 restaurants by December, followed by Habib’s remaining locations in 2019.

In addition, both the solutions will offer venue management insights such as dwell time, volume of customers, and frequency of customer visits enabling the restaurant chain to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

“Skyfii is proud to be in partnership with Habib’s as they look to generate greater customer insights to improve venue performance.”

Skyfii’s CEO Wayne Arthur said: “It is with great pleasure that we welcome Habib’s as a new client of Skyfii. As a major restaurant chain across Brazil, Skyfii is proud to be in partnership with Habib’s as they look to generate greater customer insights to improve venue performance.”

Skyfii is delivering the contract in collaboration with its Brazilian strategic partner Telesul. Hardware vendor Aruba is serving as hardware technology partner.

The company is also working with other restaurant chains such as Pret A Manger and Nando’s in Australia and the UK.

Specialising in Middle Eastern cuisine and Brazilian sandwiches, Habib’s restaurants have extensive reach over 100 cities in Brazil.
