American seafood restaurant chain Red Lobster has launched seven new dishes to celebrate Valentine’s Day 2024.
The dishes, introduced for a limited period, will be served with the company’s signature warm Cheddar Bay Biscuits.

The new offerings include the Crispy Lobster & Shrimp Stack: crispy lobster tail meat, shrimp and hush puppies [deep-fried dough balls] served over fries and accompanied by slaw, honey-jalapeño butter and malt vinegar aioli.
The second item is the Lobster & Shrimp Lover’s Dream. It is a platter of roasted Caribbean rock and Maritime lobster tails alongside shrimp linguini alfredo, with a side of the diner’s choice.
The Dueling Southern Tails dish offers a shrimp-topped Maritime lobster tail over creamy grits, coupled with a Maritime lobster tail over mac and cheese, finished with a bacon bourbon glaze and a side of choice.
For those who prefer double lobster, the Lobster Lover’s Duo includes a Maritime tail and a Caribbean rock tail, both roasted and served with two sides.

The Twin Maritime Lobster Tails dish includes two roasted Maritime lobster tails with two sides.
The Surf and Turf option pairs a roasted Maritime lobster tail with a seasoned 7oz sirloin, accompanied by a side.

Red Lobster appointed Horace Dawson as the company’s new CEO in September 2022.
Dawson has been associated with the company since 2014, serving as the executive vice-president and general counsel.
He led legal affairs and was responsible for communications, risk management and government relations.
